Hmmm... I think you miss something out about my post. I am comparing two piece d/shaft and one piece d/shaft BACK TO BACK!! If you do not have vibration problem with the 2 piece d/shaft and now you have vibration with the one piece shaft, it is 100% caused by the one piece shaft. Many Zers said they have no prob with one piece STEEL shaft. That's possible because steel stiffer than aluminum. Rememeber, there's a lot of factors to change the frequency of one piece shaft: 1)Effective length of shaft
2)innner and out diameter of shaft
3)material of shaft
4)total weight of shaft So to any of you with one piece ALUMINUM or STEEL shaft that don't have vibration issue, CONGRATS!!!! Your shaft just have the right "factors" I mention above to not cause vibration.
